Did You Know?
1. Did you know that reports displayed in Adobe PDF on MCAP can be emailed directly
from the web application?
For users with Internet Explorer, go to the File menu, select Send, and select
Page by Email. This will open an email message with the PDF file attached.
2. I am not receiving the confirmation e-mails from my MCAP applications. Why?
First, verify your e-mail address is correct by logging in to MCAP at
www.mcap.courts.michigan.gov/MCAP/
. Under Utilities, choose Change Email. If the e-mail address displayed for you
is not correct, type in the correct e-mail address and click the Change Email
button. If the problem persists, contact your computer department to ensure that
the e-mail messages are not being blocked by e-mail filtering software. You
should allow e-mails from the domain @courts.mi.gov.
